Xtreme IPTV operates the website at xtremeiptv.tv and the subscription streaming platform reached through it. The pages below spell out, without the usual fog, exactly which details about you pass through our systems, the reason each one is needed, the date it stops being stored, and the control you keep over all of it. Everything here applies whether you are simply reading the channel list, running the 24-hour free trial, or holding an active plan on up to 5 devices.

1. What Gets Recorded

Details you hand over yourself

Nothing in this group reaches us unless you type it, send it, or authorise it during checkout:

  • A name to label the account and a working email address, since credentials, receipts and renewal warnings all travel by email
  • Payment particulars, entered on the processor's own secure form. Full card numbers never touch our database; what comes back to us is a confirmation, the last four digits, and the amount
  • The hardware you plan to watch on, so the right playlist format leaves our side. Firestick, Fire TV, Android, Android TV, MAG, Windows and macOS each need a different handover, and activation within 5-15 minutes of payment depends on us guessing nothing
  • The contents of any support ticket, plus screenshots, speed tests or player logs you choose to attach

Every field above can be left blank. The consequence is practical rather than punitive: without an email address there is no way to deliver a line to you, and without a device name our 24/7 support team spends the first hour asking questions instead of fixing anything.

Details your browser and player report on their own

Ordinary technical signals arrive automatically the moment a connection opens:

  • The IP address your connection presents, and the country or region it resolves to
  • Browser name and version, operating system, and screen dimensions
  • Which pages were opened, how long each was held, and the search or link that led here
  • Playback events from the line itself: session start and stop times, whether 4K, FHD or HD was served, and the error code returned when a stream fails

That last group is not idle curiosity. A plan bought for 1 device cannot be told apart from one bought for 5 devices unless we can count live sessions, and a buffering report is unsolvable if nobody knows what the player actually threw.

2. Why We Hold Any Of It

Each purpose below traces back to something you asked for or something the law obliges us to do:

  • Building your line and keeping it running for the 1, 3, 6 or 12 months you paid for
  • Taking payment on plans between $25 and $285, issuing renewal notices, and assessing refund claims
  • Matching concurrent streams to the device count on your plan and shutting down credentials that leak beyond it
  • Reading tickets, reproducing faults, and following up until the issue is closed
  • Occasional plan news or offers. A link at the foot of every such message stops them permanently, and one line to help@catchontv1.email does the same job
  • Catching chargeback fraud, brute-force login attempts and resold credentials before they cost honest subscribers uptime
  • Keeping the financial records we are required to keep, and answering a lawful demand if one ever arrives

We do not assemble advertising profiles out of viewing behaviour, and no watch history is handed to an ad network, data broker or audience-targeting platform. There is no revenue line here that depends on you being studied.

3. How Long Each Record Survives

Data kept forever is a liability rather than an asset, so everything runs on a clock:

  • Account record (name, email, plan, device slots) — held while the subscription is live and for two years after the final renewal lapses, then removed
  • Billing history — retained for the span our processors and tax rules demand, commonly seven years, because an issued invoice cannot be un-issued
  • Support threads — one year from the day the ticket is marked resolved
  • Server and connection logs — rotated out at ninety days, unless a specific security investigation freezes a narrow subset for longer
  • 24-hour free trial lines — the credential expires with the trial itself; the email address stays only if you asked for updates or went on to buy

Once a window closes the record is either deleted outright or stripped of anything that could point back to a named person, after which it survives only as an anonymous figure in a capacity chart.

4. Who Else Ever Sees It

Your details are not for sale, not for rent, and form no part of any list-sharing arrangement. A short roster of outside companies handle fragments of it because the service cannot physically run otherwise:

  • Payment processors, who take the money and report back that the order cleared
  • The mail provider that carries login details, receipts and expiry reminders
  • Hosting and content-delivery firms whose infrastructure serves the site and the streams
  • Measurement tooling that reports traffic in aggregate, not by individual

Each of them works under terms restricting use to the single job we hired them for, with onward sharing prohibited. Where a provider sits in a different country to you, the transfer is covered by standard contractual protections rather than left to chance.

Demands from authorities

A court order, warrant or equivalent binding instruction will be answered, but only after we check that it is genuine, properly issued, and no broader than it claims to be. We hand over the narrowest set of records that satisfies the request. Nothing is volunteered informally.

If the business changes hands

Should Xtreme IPTV be sold, merged or restructured, subscriber records would move with it as part of the transaction. Active subscribers would be told before any new owner applied a different privacy notice, leaving time to close the account first.

5. Cookies And Similar Storage

Cookies are tiny text files a site leaves in your browser so it can recognise the same visitor twice. Ours fall into three buckets. Essential ones hold your session together and get you through checkout. Preference ones remember choices such as language or the player you last picked, so you are not asked again. Measurement ones count page views in bulk to show which guides are worth expanding.

No cookie we place stores a password or a card number. Every mainstream browser lets you inspect, refuse or wipe them from its settings panel, usually under privacy or site data, and you may do so at any point without asking us. Clearing the essential group will log you out and break the checkout flow; clearing the measurement group costs you nothing at all.

6. Keeping It Safe

Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit. Administrative access is limited to the named staff whose work requires it, credentials are rotated on a schedule, backups are encrypted, and payment pages are delegated to processors who specialise in exactly that. Access records are reviewed rather than merely collected.

No operator worth trusting will promise perfect security, and we are not going to be the exception. What we will commit to is honesty about failure: if a breach ever exposed subscriber details, affected accounts would hear it from us directly, along with what was taken and what we did about it, rather than reading about it somewhere else first.

7. The Rights You Can Exercise

Local law decides which of these apply to you, but as a matter of policy we extend all of them to every subscriber regardless of country:

  • See it — ask for a plain copy of whatever we currently hold under your account
  • Fix it — have a wrong name, stale email or mistaken plan record corrected
  • Erase it — have the account wiped, save for billing entries the tax rules force us to keep
  • Pause it — restrict or object to a particular use while a dispute is being worked out
  • Move it — receive your details in a common machine-readable file you can take elsewhere
  • Withdraw consent — stop marketing contact permanently, with no effect on the service you paid for
  • Escalate — take an unresolved complaint to the data protection regulator in your own country

Send any of these requests to help@catchontv1.email from the address attached to the account, which is how we confirm the request is really yours. Expect an acknowledgement within a few working days and a substantive answer inside seven days. If a request is unusually broad we will say so and give a realistic date instead of going quiet. None of this carries a fee, and using it never affects your streams.

8. Age Limits

Subscriptions are sold to adults only, and nobody under eighteen should be registering an account or entering payment details here. We do not knowingly gather information about children, and we do not market to them. A parent or guardian who suspects a child's details reached us can write to help@catchontv1.email; the record will be located and destroyed without argument.

9. Leaving This Site

Some pages point outward to app stores, device manufacturers, payment pages and reference material. Those destinations belong to other companies running their own rules, and we neither inspect nor control what they collect once you arrive. The moment you leave xtremeiptv.tv, their notice governs and this one stops.

10. Revisions

This notice will change as the platform, our providers or the applicable rules change. Minor corrections are published quietly. Anything that materially alters how existing subscriber data is handled gets a fresh date under the heading at the top of this page, plus an email to active subscribers so the change is not easy to miss. Carrying on with the service after a revision means the current version is the one that applies to you, which is why an occasional look at this page is worth the minute it takes.

11. Documents That Sit Alongside This One

Three companion documents complete the picture and should be read together with this notice:

  • Terms of Service
  • Refund Policy
  • DMCA Policy
