This document is the contract between you and Xtreme IPTV, the operator of xtremeiptv.tv and of the playlists, apps and viewing panels reachable through it (together, the "Service"). Wherever the words "we", "us" and "our" appear below they mean Xtreme IPTV; "you" means the person named on the order and anyone that person lets near the subscription.
Paying for a plan, redeeming a 24-hour free trial, or simply pointing a player at credentials we issued counts as acceptance of everything set out here, alongside our Privacy Policy. Nobody is obliged to accept it. If a clause below does not suit you, the moment to walk away is before payment rather than after it.
1. Who May Hold a Subscription
Lines are sold to adults only. Ordering is your confirmation that you have reached the age of majority where you live and that nothing in local law stops you entering a contract of this kind. Where the buyer is a company, a hotel, a venue or any other organisation, whoever completes the order warrants that they carry authority to commit it, and that organisation becomes the party bound by these Terms.
We also need an email address that genuinely reaches you. Credentials, renewal reminders and any warning that precedes a suspension all travel by email, so an inbox you never open is not a problem we can solve on your behalf.
2. Your Credentials and Everything Done With Them
A subscription is delivered as a set of credentials: a username and password, an M3U line, or a portal binding, depending on which player you chose. Those credentials are the account. In holding them, you take on the following:
- Order under real details, including an email address you actually monitor
- Tell us when those details change, so renewal notices do not disappear into a dead mailbox
- Keep the line inside the household it was bought for and out of public forums and chat groups
- Write to help@catchontv1.email the moment you suspect somebody else is streaming on your line
Every stream opened on your credentials is treated as your activity, whether you opened it or a relative, a houseguest or a stranger did. Orders built on invented names, borrowed cards or an address that bounces may be cancelled outright, and no refund follows a cancellation of that sort.
3. Plans, Payment and Activation
What You Are Actually Buying
Plans run for a fixed term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and start from $25/month, with the published range across every combination of term and connection count falling between $25 and $285. What separates one plan from another is length and how many streams may run at once, from 1 to 5 devices. The catalogue does not change with price: 21,500+ live channels and 72,500+ movies & series, delivered in 4K, FHD or HD according to the source and your connection, sit behind every plan. Live figures always appear on the Subscription Plans page, and that page governs if a number quoted anywhere else ever disagrees with it.
Terms do not roll over on their own. When a term expires the line stops and stays stopped until you decide to buy another, so there is no silent charge waiting to be discovered on a statement months later. Credentials normally reach your inbox within 5-15 minutes of payment clearing; if that window passes in silence, our 24/7 support desk is the fastest way to unstick it.
Connection Limits
The connection count you paid for is a hard ceiling rather than a guideline. A one-connection plan running on a Firestick and an Android phone at the same moment will simply drop one of the two sessions. Hardware itself is not locked or registered, so a line may be moved freely between Firestick, Fire TV, Android, Android TV, MAG, Windows and macOS players — what we count is how many streams are open simultaneously, not how many boxes you own.
Price Adjustments
Published prices can move. Any change applies only to terms purchased after it goes live: the amount you already paid covers the term you already hold, right through to its final day. We will not reach back into a running subscription to collect a difference.
Trial Access
A 24-hour free trial may be granted at our discretion to somebody who has not tested the Service before. No card is taken and nothing converts into a paid plan by itself. One trial per household is the rule, and we may shorten, withdraw or refuse trials — particularly where several requests arrive from the same connection — without owing an explanation.
Money Back
Refunds have their own document: the Refund Policy sets out the window, the conditions and the exclusions. Read it before paying rather than afterwards, because it forms part of this contract and no assurance given in a chat window overrides what it says.
4. What You May Not Do With the Service
Access is granted for private viewing inside a single household. The behaviour listed below ends subscriptions, and we do not negotiate about it:
- Selling, renting, sub-licensing or otherwise passing our lines on to other people
- Handing credentials to colleagues, neighbours or online strangers so they can watch on your term
- Restreaming, rebroadcasting or capturing our output for public display or onward distribution
- Using the Service anywhere your local rules forbid it — judging your own position is your responsibility
- Probing, scanning, load-testing or reverse-engineering our servers, apps or panels
- Running scripts or bots that open sessions faster or more often than a human viewer could
- Describing yourself as an agent, dealer or reseller of Xtreme IPTV without a written arrangement with us
Screening in bars, gyms, salons, waiting rooms and similar venues sits outside what a household plan covers. Speak to us first if that is what you have in mind, because a commercial deployment discovered later is treated as a breach.
5. Material You Send Us
Support tickets, screenshots, log files, written feedback and anything else you hand over stay yours. Sending them, though, gives us permission to store, reproduce and work with that material for the purpose of running, fixing and improving the Service, and no fee is owed to you for it. Attachments pasted into a ticket may be retained alongside that ticket for as long as the case file exists.
Do not send us anything you have no right to send. Where somebody else's copyright, privacy or other rights attach to what you upload, that is a matter between you and them, and you agree to carry the cost if a claim reaches us because of it.
6. Ownership of Our Brand, Site and Software
The Xtreme IPTV name, our logo, the layout and wording of this website, our applications and the panels behind them belong to us and remain with us. Nothing written here hands any part of that over.
What a subscription grants instead is a narrow permission: to use the Service on your own equipment, for the length of the term you paid for, for private viewing. That permission cannot be sold, lent or assigned, and it lapses the moment the term ends or the line is closed. Copying our pages, cloning our apps or dressing another website in our branding falls well outside it.
Programming that reaches your screen is produced and owned by the broadcasters and studios behind it, not by us. We claim no rights in it and this agreement grants you none. Our DMCA Policy explains the route a rights holder should take to raise a complaint.
7. Suspension and Closure
A line can be paused or shut down where we have reasonable grounds to believe that one of the following has happened:
- Something in section 4 has been broken
- Credentials are running well beyond the connection count that was paid for
- A payment has been reversed, charged back, or was fraudulent from the start
- The details on the order were invented or belong to somebody else
- Our infrastructure is being scanned, flooded or attacked from your connection
Where a situation looks like carelessness rather than abuse, we will normally email first and leave room for an explanation. Where it looks deliberate, or where the servers themselves are at risk, the line goes off immediately. A subscription closed for abuse is not refunded. You may end your own arrangement at any time by writing to support and letting the term lapse. Clauses covering ownership, liability, indemnity and governing law outlive the subscription they came with.
8. The Service Is Supplied As It Stands
THE SERVICE IS MADE AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE OFFER NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Stated plainly: playback rests on your broadband line, your router, your player and a chain of networks nobody in this industry controls end to end, so no honest provider promises a flawless picture on every device on every evening. Channel line-ups shift as broadcasters shift them, individual streams drop and return, and maintenance windows happen. None of that amounts to a breach of this agreement, and none of it is a promise we have made about accuracy, continuity or completeness.
9. Limits on What We Owe You
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, XTREME IPTV TOGETHER WITH ITS OWNERS, STAFF, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING:
- Downtime, buffering, or a channel that fails during an event you had waited for
- Lost favourites, playlists, recordings or account settings
- Lost earnings, business opportunities or goodwill
- Whatever a third party does with credentials you allowed out of your hands
- Faults in hardware, apps or networks that we neither supply nor operate
That holds whether or not the loss could have been foreseen and whether or not anyone warned us it might occur. Several countries refuse to enforce exclusions written this broadly; where local law overrides them, our exposure narrows to the least that law permits rather than disappearing altogether.
However a claim is framed, our total liability to you is capped at the sum you actually paid for the subscription term that claim concerns.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
New York State law governs this agreement, its conflict-of-laws rules set aside, and the courts sitting in New York hold exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Service. Before anything is filed, both sides commit to a genuine attempt at settlement by email through help@catchontv1.email; in practice almost every complaint closes there. Claims are brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
11. Revisions to This Agreement
These Terms get edited as the Service, its payment methods and the rules around it change. Whatever version sits on this page is the one in force, and it replaces any copy you saved or printed earlier. When a change materially affects what you can expect from us, we will say so by email to the address on your order. Continuing to stream after a revision is published is how you accept it; if a new version does not suit you, let the term run out.
12. Documents That Form Part of This Contract
Three further policies bind you in exactly the same way as the clauses above:
- Privacy Policy — what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it
- Refund Policy — when money comes back and when it does not
- DMCA Policy — how a rights holder raises and resolves a complaint
Still Unclear on Something?
Contracts are nobody's idea of an enjoyable read, and a clause that reads badly to you may simply have been written badly by us. Ask, and somebody on the desk will spell out what a section means for your particular plan. The desk answers 24/7.
